Hi,

Be Prepared. This isn't just a good motto for the Boy Scouts, but a good motto for all of us, whether in our personal or private lives. As attorneys, we strive to help our clients prepare for all that life sends them. The two articles this month are designed to help you be prepared in two important settings: when starting a business and when traveling. Angela Campion's article discusses the types of entities one can select when forming a company. This article is important if you are considering organizing a business and remains important even if you have already organized a business as it may make sense to change the structure. Crystal Fieber's article alerts readers to the need to have a passport to re-enter the United States even from countries for which a passport was not previously required. If you are planning a trip in the future, it is important to make sure you apply for your passport today.

We hope you are all enjoying your summer and that you make the most of the remaining summer days ahead. We look forward to seeing you at our next event in October.

Be inspired!
